# Active change event reports

> Column format for active entitlement, status change, and entitlement update event reports.

# Active, change & event report format

The following entitlement reports use the same CSV column format:

* Active report
* Status change report
* Entitlement update event report

  All dates are in UTC and use the format `dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm:ss`.

## Column format

| Column heading | Type | Description |
| - | -: | - |
| `ResellerCustomerId` | String | Customer identifier supplied by the reseller |
| `BangoEntitlementId` | String | Unique entitlement identifier provisioned by Bango |
| `Status` | String | Current entitlement status at the relevant point in the reporting period |
| `MerchantAccountKey` | String | Merchant identifier in the Bango platform |
| `MerchantEntitlementId` | String | Entitlement identifier created by the merchant |
| `ProductKey` | String | Product or offer identifier associated with the entitlement |
| `DisplayName` | String | Human-readable name for the entitlement |
| `CreatedDate` | Date | Date and time the entitlement was created in Bango |
| `ActivatedDate` | Date | Date and time the entitlement was activated by the content provider. May be empty. |
| `SuspendedDate` | Date | Date and time the entitlement was suspended, if it remains suspended at the end of the reporting period. May be empty. |
| `ExpiryDate` | Date | Date supplied by the reseller for Bango to request termination from the content provider. May be empty. |
| `LastUpdated` | Date | Date and time the entitlement was last updated in Bango |
| `EndDate` | Date | Date and time the entitlement was terminated in Bango. Applies to `CANCELLED` and `REVOKED` entitlements. |
| `ExtensionDataFormat` | String | Format of the extension data, for example `XML` |
| `ExtensionData` | String | Custom data associated with the entitlement |

## Status values

The `Status` column can contain one of the following values:

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `Pending` | Entitlement has been created but is not yet active |
| `Active` | Entitlement is active |
| `Suspended` | Entitlement is suspended |
| `Active-Ending` | Entitlement is active and scheduled to end |
| `Cancelled` | Entitlement has been cancelled |
| `Revoked` | Entitlement has been revoked |
| `Failed` | Entitlement creation failed |
