# View a consumer's offer lifecycle

View a consumer's Offer Plan Lifecycle.

## Why view the lifecycle?

Viewing an offer's lifecycle gives partners a detailed view of a subscriber’s offer plan lifecycle details to present information back to a user via a CX.

It helps resellers:

* Check the Next Renewal Date for a Consumer Offer

Plan Lifecycle visibility gives partners a reliable operational view of the subscription lifecycle, helping them to capture and present information back to an end user via a CX.

#### How to view Consumer Offer Plan Lifecycle

Bango facilitates a single way of retrieving Plan Lifecycle information. Details can be retrieved by providing a ConsumerOfferId.
