# Bango Care

> Search functionality to find transaction records held by Bango for your customers

Search Criteria

You can search by the `Subscriber Number` and/or `Operator Transaction ID` and/or `Merchant Transaction ID` to find the transactions you are looking for.

Search Results

The results returned from your search will contain the below information.

| Column Name | Description |
| - | - |
| `Transaction Date` | Date/Time (UTC) the transaction was created on the Bango system |
| `Operator Transaction ID` | The identifier for the transaction in the payment providers system |
| `Merchant Transaction ID` | The identifier for the transaction in the merchants system |
| `Amount` | The amount of the transaction |
| `Transaction Status` | Transaction status, one of `FUNDS_RESERVED`,`OK`,`CANCELLED`, `REFUNDED`, `USER_INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT`, `USER_NOT_ENABLED`, `USER_SPEND_LIMIT`, `USER_BARRED`, `USER_EXCEEDED_LIMIT`, `USER_SUSPENDED`, `USER_INVALID`, `USER_NOT_FOUND`, `BANGO_USER_BARRED`, `OPERATOR_SPEED_LIMIT`, `DECLINED`, `REJECTED`, `INVALID_PIN`, `DATA_INVALID`, `DATA_MISSING`, `CONTENT_BARRED`, `PRICE_NOT_SUPPORTED`, `RESERVATION_EXPIRED`,`ERROR`, `CONNECT_ERROR`, or `INTERNAL_ERROR` |
| `Merchant` | Merchant the transaction is against |
| `Page Title` | The page title passed by the merchant when creating the transaction |
