# Connectivity overview

> Securing and enabling access to the Bango Platform and Bango APIs

The Bango Platform is available on the internet at certain URL endpoints, and Bango uses several mechanisms to protect the Bango Platform from unauthorized use. This section lists the base endpoints for each Bango API, and explains the security mechanisms.
