# Bango Dashboard

> View data showing the performance of your Bango Resale routes

[Bango Dashboard](https://dashboard.bango.com/) provides the ability to view the performance of your Bango Resale routes. Contact [Bango Support](/legacy/platform/architecture/support) to get started.

Managing Users

Permissions vary from read only access to admin access. If you have admin access you can manage who has access to your Bango Dashboard packages.

Annotations

Annotations can be added to your package data. This functionality allows you to comment on data trends. Visibility levels can be set on the annotations.

Tool tips

Hover over the question mark of each metric to see the tooltip available.

Share

Using the Share button you can copy a shareable link which lets other Bango Dashboard users see the same filter criteria as you.

Download

Using the Download button you can export the available data in your filter to apply advanced filters.

| Metric | Description |
| - | - |
| `New Activations` | The entitlements which were activated - as in, set to status 'Active' within the given time period. Or, the entitlements which have the Activated Date within the given time period. |
| `Pending Entitlements` | The entitlements held a status of "Pending" within the given time period. |
| `Active Entitlements` | The entitlements held a status of "Active" or "Active-Ending" at the given time period. |
| `Suspended Entitlements` | The entitlements held a status of “Suspended” within the given time period. |
| `Ended Entitlements` | The entitlements which were cancelled or revoked within the given time period. |
| `Rejected Entitlements` | The entitlements which were rejected to the user within the given time period. |
| `Failures` | The entitlements which moved to 'Failed' status within the given time period. |
| `Created Entitlements` | The entitlements which were created within the given time period no matter what the current status is. |
