# Discover partners

> Find Partners, review Products and pricing, and progress partnership opportunities through DVM.

Partner Discovery helps you find content and service Partners available through the Digital Vending Machine® (DVM™). Use it to explore Partners in your markets, review their Products and pricing, and tell Bango which opportunities you want to pursue.

## Who this is for

Partner Discovery is designed for Partners to form partnerships. It is for commercial, partnerships, and product teams who want to:

* Find new content and service Partners
* Compare Partners by market, category, and readiness
* Review pricing before progressing a commercial conversation
* Tell Bango which partnership opportunities they want to pursue

Partner Discovery supports the **Form the partnership** stage of the partnership journey. You do not need to use each step in sequence.

## How discovery works

You can enter at any point. For example, if you already know what type of Product you need, you can start in the **Partner Catalog** looking at the categories of Products.

## Find Partners and Evaluate Products

The **Partner Catalog** is the home page after you sign in. It lists Products that Partners make available to Resellers.

Search and filter by:

* Product or Partner name
* Region and country
* Category, such as Video, Music, Gaming, News, or Education

Open a Product to review:

* Its description
* The Partner that provides it
* Product categories
* Available regions and countries, including exclusions
* DVM availability

## Review pricing

Rate tables provide pricing information that can help you build a business case. Depending on the Product, they can include base prices, market variations, and volume tiers.

To request access:

1. Open a Product in the **Partner Catalog**.
2. In **Rate Table**, select **Request Rate Table Access**.
3. Your access will be approved to view the rate tables.

If the Partner has already published a rate table, you can open or download it.

If a rate table has not yet been published, your access remains approved and Bango will be in touch regarding the rate table availability.

## Express interest in a partnership

When you find an opportunity you want to pursue, you can request a connection in Partner Discovery or directly with Bango. Alternatively ask Bango to recommend a bundle based on your profile.

### Request a connection

Select **Request Connection** on a Product to tell Bango and the Partner that you are interested.

You can include a short message covering your business, markets, and what you want to achieve.

Bango follows up to help progress the opportunity.

### Build your bundle

If you want help identifying the right Partners, use **Build your bundle** at the top of the **Partner Catalog**.

Bango will be in touch around the request and help you form your ideal partnership.

## Troubleshooting

### I cannot see some Partners or Products

The catalog only shows Partners and Products available to Resellers in your Partner Discovery view. Test and demo records are hidden.

### My rate table request is approved but there is no file

The Partner has not published the rate table yet. Your access is already approved, so the file becomes available when it is published.

### I cannot see the Partners menu

Access to **Partners** depends on your Partner Discovery permissions. Contact your Bango account team if the menu is not available.

### I cannot sign in

Contact your Bango account team to set up your Partner Discovery user or update your permissions.
