# Sandbox

DVM Sandbox lets you test DVM capabilities and subscription bundling flows without affecting a production launch.

**Sandbox is a regional entity on the Sandbox environment.** It is not a Partner or a separate business identity.

## Test Partners

The Sandbox includes Bango test Partners such as:

* **BangoTel** acting as a Reseller
* **Bango Music** acting as a Content Provider

These test Partners let you exercise reseller and content-provider flows without requiring the live counterparty to participate at the start of integration.

This is called [two-party testing](/testing/testing-overview#two-party-testing).

## What you can test

Use Sandbox to:

* Validate DVM API integration
* Test offer and entitlement lifecycle flows
* Exercise reseller and content-provider use cases
* Verify behavior in Dashboard and Care
* Test new journeys without affecting production consumers or data

Entitlements created during Sandbox testing are test entitlements.

## Partner and technical access

Human users work with the Partner in the **Sandbox** environment.

Where a technical integration depends on region-specific configuration, DVM uses the appropriate Sandbox Regional Entity for that Partner.

See [Regional Entities](/partner-management/regional-entities) for the technical model.

## Move toward production

Sandbox proves the integration and operating flows before launch. Production setup can use different configuration and data, while following the same integration patterns.

See [Onboarding to DVM](/getting-started/dvm-onboarding) for the wider path from evaluation and testing toward launch.
