A Product represents a Content Provider’s digital product or service in the DVM. It has a name, optional localized data, one or more product tiers, and a Content Provider.

productId

Bango’s unique identifier of the product.

name

The product name.

localizedData

Optional locale-keyed object (e.g. en-US). Each locale value is a ProductLocalizedData object with:
  • description — Localized description of the product (optional)

productTiers

Array of product tiers. Each tier contains:
  • productTierId — Bango’s unique identifier of the product’s tier
  • name — The tier name
  • localizedData — Optional locale-keyed object with ProductLocalizedData (e.g. description)

contentProvider

The content provider that produces the product or service. Contains:
  • contentProviderId — Bango’s unique identifier of the content provider
  • name — The content provider name
  • merchantAccountKey — Optional; route identifier for entitlement creation
  • localizedData — Optional locale-keyed ProductLocalizedData
